Work Experience

Steampunk Service Design (2023 - PRESENT) Leading Service Design in an effort to stand up an innovation lab for Food and Nutrition Services in USDA, my primary responsibility is to create an innovation lab that supports the development of new ideas, processes, and technologies that improve the delivery and accessibility of food and nutrition services. This includes conducting research to understand the needs of your target users, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that are viable, feasible, and desirable. I am also the face of the team to Executive stakeholders, guiding them through the process and ensuring buy-in for team.

Travelers Design Director (2021 - 2023) Led design teams in breakthrough solutions that solve tough challenges for Agents and internal employees across two portfolios of work. Inspired innovative approaches to problem-solving, using creative facilitation, service design, and product design.

Fannie Mae Design Manager (2018 - 2020) Drove innovation and supported the transformation of the enterprise by the design of valuable experiences for customers, industry stakeholders, and employees that improved business returns and supported Fannie Mae’s mission. Led an inclusive design team focused on elevating the maturity of the design practice through the enterprise.

KUBOS Corporation Design Director (2017 - 2018) Led and developed strategy and implementation of all creative and user experience efforts for a Space Industry startup. Defined experience strategies that aligned business and customer needs.

Capital One Sr. Manager, Design (2015 - 2017) Led a multi-disciplinary design team of designers to solve experience problems in the Home, Auto & Garage Innovation Lines of Business.
